This product does not live up to its description

Dock plates come in a variety of sizes and thicknesses, but this one is defined as "24" Wide x 36" Long x 5/16" Thick". Because the dock plate is only 24" x 30", the problem occurs. See the pic at the end of this article for the exact measurement of the overall width. It is 36" wide, but that is because of handles on each side. As stated, the width of the usable area is 30", not 36". I would have to ship it back to them in order to get a refund, which was just plain unfair.

Your path may be blocked by an obstacle. Go for a plate that is lower in cost but high in performance. It would have been better if I had gotten.

It works great and is light enough so that our warehouse manager can move it on his own. This looks very strong and sturdy. We don't use forklifts, so that amount of weight isn't I would recommend it!.

This is a dock plate, what else can I say. Does what it is supposed to do! Because it isn't huge and easy to move around, I like it. I like the fact that it's also sturdy! Our request was received quickly and we used it on the same day we received it!.
