In the end, I tried the foot pump again and it didn't work. I lifted the table and let it lower several times before trying the foot pump again and it began (For safety concerns) I raised the table with approximately 100 pounds on top and let it sit over night. Neither did it drop nor did it lower. In the end, I will keep the unit, but be aware if you plan to purchase it. UPDATED My contact with the seller led to the offer of a new unit, and the seller reached out to me. The customer service representative offered me a partial credit for the unit, and she apologized for the condition it arrived in. I've already sorted out the problems with the unit. Having peace of mind knowing they stand behind their products is nice.

I am so far satisfied with the quality of the lift table and how well it works. The box quality could not possibly handle a product that weighs slightly less than 100 lbs. I would have blamed UPS if it wasn't for the poor box quality. It was a joke for the meager attempt to reinforce the inside by installing 1/16" plywood. My pick up of the box resulted in several pieces falling out. I was fortunate to find all of them, so I could put the table together.

We had to remove one of the caster wheel ball bearing enclosures (at the handle end) because it had been crushed, then we repaired it with a 5" bench vise, big hammer, and pry bar, before attaching it again. Taking the time, using the tools, and having the know-how and muscles to guide me to success, I believe it will work out. Although it took me some time to figure out how to assemble the parts, the project was not too complicated to build. I have been using this cart for a few months before I could give it a review. (I am not handy though) That adjustment of the cart is great. Every time I have to unload stuff from my car, I just raise the cart higher (the same height as my back truck). This decreases the chances of hurting my low back as a result! This makes the process a lot easier! The handle! Just a quick note! Be sure to press the handle SLOWLY so you don't get surprised by the loud noise it makes when it's released.

In the side of the box, there was a small hole, but that was covered with cardboard and took it out of the box and all of the parts looked fine. As soon as I attached the handrail and foot pedal, the table started lifting. I was about 2 inches away when I To bleed the piston, I read the manual and followed the instructions. There does not appear to have ever been hydraulic fluid in there. A benefit of the manual is that it has no contact information or support. It won't matter how long it takes me to seal the hole in the box, I'll use another roll of tape.

I don't like how the packaging is done. Several scrapes and scratches were visible on the product when it arrived. A couple of them are on the corners of the table top, and a few There are a few scratched and scraped spots on the cart after the cart is used in the warehouse for a while.
