Questions & Answers

When the bearing is closed, how wide is it?

Seven and a 32-inch

How do you know if it's a centered hub or an offset one?

Two and a half inches are measured between the sidewall of one tire and the sidewall of the opposite tire. A 1/4" protrusion protrudes from the center hub on one side, while the other side is almost flush with the surrounding casing

There is a good reputation for the bearings and wheel, but can I request an aluminum version of this wheel. Is the rim made of metal or plastic?

It looks solid to me, but I doubt it.

The diameter of the tire includes the rubber tire, so how big is it?

I'm 10" tall

Replace your tires with good ones
5/5

As a result of flat pneumatic tires on my hand truck, I could not use them. Those are two tires that I bought to replace the old ones. Using only needle nose pliers to straighten out the tire and later re-bolt it, I was able to make the tire swap a simple process even at the age of 63. To bend the cotter pin, bend it in half. With my hand truck at my disposal, I can use it whenever I need to.

I initially liked it, but then the wheel "bearing casings" just fell out for no apparent My tires come in fours, so I bought four of them
3/5

It looks like they are well made and they are heavier as they weigh just a bit over 1 pound each. One other reviewer noted that one of the tires he received was wobbly and I can attest to that due to the fact that when I spun the tires around on their axles, each wobbled just a little bit, and slightly differently than the next. There is nothing wrong with the bearings or anything like that it's just that the mold shape is slightly different, but once weight is put on it repeatedly, it will straighten out perfectly. He is very pleased with the tires! Russell just installed them and he says they are As for using it with a load, we have not yet completed this test, so I will update with the results. Update ((UPDATE I will explain my exchange with the company below. my case, a refund for the entire purchase price of the tires was given without my having to return them. Please review the last five pictures for any defects. My rating for the bearing casings was zero stars, and my rating for customer service was three stars. " No, this has never happened to me with wheels for this cart. When it left me stranded lugging seven cases of water across a field, it surprised me. ". In the past, I have usually just bought the cheap tires from harbor freight, and they have always lasted a good 7 months to a year hauling water and such, but they do eventually go flat, so I decided to invest in rubber tires that won't I had no idea that the actual wheel bearings would fall out of these "tough tires. " I thought I was good to go from this moment on. What in the world are the chances of someone even thinking of something like There is no explanation as to why the bearing casing fell out of the first wheel while I was pulling the six cases of water, and by the time I got back here the second one fell out, the third one was skewed and fell out as seen As for the fourth one, it was loosened up as well, and at this point I do not see any reason to believe that it will not come out completely as well. There was some reason that the wheel bearing casings on these tires were not properly seated on the tires because had they been they would not have come If you like I have no idea what to do with this information. It is unlikely that these tires were misused in any way, if they can even be misused at all. It has never happened to me before, and I am not thankful to be stranded with cases of water after spending nearly $100 on You might want to take a closer look at The rim is made of plastic, and therefore they are useless. My sole objective is to be made whole without having to incur any further I appreciate your help, and I hope you (My response to them saying they've never seen this before and asked me to pay for shipping the 4 junk tires back)

"Yes, exactly, that's why I was so shocked when I saw it for the very first time. Despite six cases of water, it was unable to handle anything! I already paid you $80 for this expensive, heavy junk, and you expect me to pay 20+ dollars in shipping for it to be sent back to you? To have to back up and send these tires back to Ludacris is a major hassle at the moment, but to make me pay for it as well is just Not one more dime will I spend on these defective tires, let alone $20+ to ship them back. It is clear that these tires suffer from a manufacturer's defect, and I will be asking Amazon for assistance on this. Besides updating my initial review I will post an update on how you treat your customers under your new policy and a link to my review. The lifetime warranty is also known as the one-year It is not necessary for me to be buried under more of your nonsense.

My concern is that rubber dries out and cracks when it gets old
5/5

They're new, so it's hard to say how long they'll last. Rubber with a thicker layer lasts longer than rubber with a thinner layer? There really isn't anything I can say. It is important to note that these tires are solid, heavy, strong, and well-made. You are getting the real deal here. Do you have an easy installation process? I'd like you to use a cheap cart with cotter pins if you have one! There are grip washers on mine as well. The biggest flat I have is what I used The rubber mallet and head screwdriver are essential tools. In my experience, spraying WD-40 has helped Give the shaft a chance to soak for at least one hour after 40 is applied. Don't be afraid to beat the hell out of the washer with your screwdriver when you get your screwdriver under the edge! Continue to work your way around, and it will come off one by one. To be successful, you must be patient, strong, and staminaful. As a matter of fact, my rubber mallet is over 40 years old, and it still works great. Ideally, these tires will not need to be changed again for a long time. I find this to be interesting to note as well. A cart with an 800-lb. capacity was available. This cart has a capacity of 2,400 pounds The capacity of the system is now 1300 pounds with these 650 lb weights.

This is an extremely heavy duty product
5/5

They were purchased from Harbor Freight in order to replace inflatable tires on a Harper hand truck. Despite the tight fit and smooth rolling, they were a perfect fit. The price of the wheels may seem excessive, as they cost approximately 66% of the original price of the hand truck. At the same time, they are of very high quality. Wheels are heavy, so the hand truck does add quite a bit of weight as a result of them. The weight distribution of this hand truck when loaded gets much better when it's lifted off the ground. However, this behavior is unfortunate when it's lifted off the ground for placement in your vehicle. Overall, my experience with these wheels is phenomenal and I no longer have to worry about the old inflatable wheels that constantly failed to inflate properly.

Perfect for your needs
5/5

The wheels I got were to replace the wheels that came standard on my general purpose dolly, which always needed to be inflated. The results were exactly what the doctor ordered so I am extremely pleased with them. The cost of them is definitely high. They are heavier, for sure. It's great that I won't have to air up the dolly tires ever Having to turn the air on your dolly tires EVERY TIME you need to use it will result in you finding risky, dangerous, or injurious ways to move heavy objects just to save You might have to drive a mile to a nearby gas station and pay 25 cents for air! The only choice you have is to buy an air compressor to avoid the situation, but who wants to spend that much money on just maintaining dolly tires? Replace your tubeless dolly tires with these if you want to improve your safety It is a decision you will never regret! No foam is used in them, they are solid and do not need to be inflated. Initially, there were four but I replaced them with four. The following values range from 50 to I have 4 tubeless tires that fit perfectly with these.

I like how it fits
5/5

This was purchased for the replacement of a very old dolly's tires. It is still in good working order, but the tires are blown. When I replaced the tube on one side two times and had it sitting for a while without use, it still went flat after a while of non-use, so I had to use the air compressor every time I used it. It's a great deal on these tires. The end caps are easily replaced with a set of new ones and run smoothly. There was only one thing I had to do, which was to throw some washers on the shaft to make the wheel move away from the It's not that big of a The air pump has been working great for me. I no longer have to re-inflate the tires every time. you don't trust airless tires (like I did keep your It will be worth it if you buy these tires!.
