There is a terrible lack of quality control
3/5

You will notice that the outer box has not been securely attached to the inner box when you first receive the package. It is indeed surprising that everyone complains about lost instructions and parts. Look at the handles on one side, you will see a countersunk hole that no other reviewer has noticed. The holes are not symmetrical. They are installed on the wrong sides at the factory and you would have to disassemble all the work done at the factory to get them back to their correct positions. In the present state, you will have to install an all-steel stover locknut into the counter-sunk pocket, which will damage the part. The counter-sunk hole should be positioned towards the outside of the hand truck to ensure the bolt head does not grab your fingers. It appears that the issue with the bolt being too short is due to the fact that they are supplied with pan head bolts instead of A countersunk bolt is measured by its overall length while a pan head is measured by its There are now longer bolts available for the trucks, but they are still threaded panheads. We find it hard to believe that out of all the people at the factory none caught both of these issues. Also, it appears that the framework has not been deburred, since the saw cutting edges are visible on It will be necessary for you to file all of these edges down since they are extremely sharp. It is a terrible company in terms of quality control.

We have designed the XS series to be versatile, durable, functional, and expandable
5/5

Many many years ago, I was introduced to the convertible Magliner Gemini Series two wheelers in a previous service job. Their quality, functionality, and incredible durability make them a great choice for heavy-duty loads, as well as the ability to convert into four wheels, allowing them to move larger objects and particularly large totes and boxes at twice the capacity as a stand-up two-wheeler. It had been 30 years since I have used one, but I am thinking about buying one for use on upcoming Last fall, when it was time to move my son to college, that was the final push for me to purchase one. The fact that there would be no less than 500 trips back and forth from the parking lot to his dorm room led me to want a cart that could carry a lot of weight, ride smoothly to prevent falling off, and be able to carry 5 tons. secret of pneumatic large tires lies in their size. Another two caster units are used on the convertible cart that has four wheels, which are made of hard nylon and swivel on casters so the cart can be easily steered. Among the options I bought was the loading plate option, which we used on the four-wheel cart. The last time I used that cart 30 years ago, I hadn't seen it before, but it would have been nice to see it Although they are relatively heavy, they are much more expensive compared to lighter weight models on the market today, such as the ones at Lowes, Home Depot, and Menards. The Magliner Gemini series is a one-time purchase that you will not have to buy again. For a simple assembly, it will take you about 10 minutes if you follow the instructions thoroughly -- I will give you 20 minutes if you do not. I find this product to be excellent Will not let you down.

The hand truck was great, but the shipping and handling was poor
4/5

As soon as I received my first unit, it was in a battered box that had tape on it. I did not find the small parts, nor the small box in which they were meant to be packaged. At least one deep scratch was present on the frame, as well as nicks. My suspicion is that the unit was returned and was A strap was included with the second unit. Added to that were longer screws that were capable of fitting There was a blank page in the middle of the instructions. The main assembly was free of scratches and nicks. They are easy to find online. Despite the lack of full instructions, assembly was fairly simple. The use of washers on either side of the wheels is something to watch out for. In the beginning, I simply put two on either side of a wheel, as shown in the picture. Because of this, I was unable to put a cotter pin My attention was drawn to the text indicating that the image configuration was only a suggestion after I checked the instructions more closely. Weighing between 300 and 400 pounds, it was made of steel. As I lifted the chest from the ground, I slid the nose of the hand truck under the pallet and pulled the chest back and the hand truck back. We were able to do the job easily due to the large tires. I could not move the tool chest even without using straps on the hand truck. Many of the hand trucks I've owned over the years were used by me. There is only one that can be considered good.

This is a solidly built product
3/5

It is obvious that this hand truck is good. You will not find any Taking the screws out too soon. My hand truck was shipped without instructions, so I finally found one online to tell me how to put it together. I was very impressed with the quality of the hand truck. A solid foundation. Some others also noted that the screws that secure the handles to the handlebar are too short. One is barely long enough to take a nut, and the other is too short to catch on the handlebar. Trying and trying, I could not succeed. To complete this project, you will need to purchase a couple of bolts from a hardware store. NB
Please take note of the following Despite the fact that it appears to be a hand truck, it has a strong machine aroma. In spite of my intentions, I had to keep the hand truck in a room I use for storage, because my entire house was filled with a strong smell. Now that I have my outdoor storage shed, I have the hand truck. There is a likelihood that it is due to gasses emitted by the tires. As time goes by, I hope that this will fade.

It sped up my move a lot, which I was not expecting
5/5

Moving lots of items has always been a challenge for me requiring me to switch between hand truck and cart, relying on either and having to handle either's liability, but this convertible made it possible for me to switch fast and easily.
The large rear wheels make it easy for it to handle stairs. In terms of normal use, it is very light and sturdy at the same time. It is recommended to get the floor plate if you use the cart version often so your smaller boxes will not fall through.
