It is almost 20 years since I have been in the trucking industry and I have always used magliner brand exhaust systems, but I never had any experience with them breaking until I purchased them from this company on Amazon.
Initially I was on the fence about purchasing this magliner cart, but I went ahead and bought it. From reading other reviews it appeared to have arrived when they said it would, but I was still surprised. You should start assembling it once you open the box. Since it was missing two parts, I needed to use the cart right away at work. Since I could not use it there, I called Magliner directly and they kindly sent me the two missing parts straight away, rather than letting me go through Amazon first. So if you purchase this cart, you should expect some of the parts to be missing. You shouldn't waste your time trying to find the missing parts on Amazon (don't waste your time).

The hand truck/ cart in question has an extraordinarily low rolling resistance and is made from solid, high-quality fabrics. Despite its simple design, it is very easy to move my instruments with this cart. The only complaint I have is that the casters have a small radius. It is difficult to roll these 5" casters over high thresholds and they cause jolts when rolling over gaps My attempt to fix the problem by punching the casters with rubber tires failed. If the casters were larger in diameter, the sidewalk cracks would be smoothed out and the stairs would be easier to climb. There may be a future offer by the manufacturer. It's a great cart all in all.
It would have been nice if something had been different. The tools we move daily are heavy as we work as a General Contractor. It is well constructed, and it is light for its size. It opens and closes smoothly. I have had a number of carts in the past, but none could compare to the quality and service provided by the Magline. It would have been better to verify the height if I were doing it again. I needed a van for this, but it's quite tall, so it's a little hard to fit in my van. There is only one hand truck like it. Even though it's as tall as me, I wish I had gotten the Jr version, but what an awesome product. It's so light for what it is, it folds up easily and is large enough to handle large amounts of objects. It is always noticed with envy by other delivery people when I use it. *for the price, I wish it came with lockable wheels, and those that are sold separately by the manufacturer are not as good as I'd hoped. It will be so much simpler for me to live normally when the events return to normal.
The best option is to take this route. They have proven to be incredibly durable and versatile, and we have three of them now. I would say that the inflatable tires are a weakness in this product.
