The hand truck is okay, but when I had to assemble it, I was unable to fit any of the nuts onto However, I was not able to use them even after I tried WD40 and a wire brush. I was able to assemble the unit that way because I had a selection of bolts and nuts on hand. Having not been able to find any suppliers (since I doubt they produce their own steel bolts and nuts for an aluminum product), I wrote the company to suggest and asked them to either find another supplier or, at least, perform their own quality control on the Upon contacting them, all I received was a routine response indicating they had forwarded the matter to the appropriate We are several weeks removed from that. My friends are unable to recommend their products to me, and I will not purchase any more of their products.
When you really know anything about moving things by hand or with a dolly, you would buy a Magliner, so when I saw how affordable they were, I bought one to replace my junky dolly. You can pick it up for free if you like. It is a pleasure to have these fine tools at your disposal.
It is possible that the instructions will not be very clear, so if you have no common sense, you are likely to be a bit confused during assembly. YOU MAY WANT TO SEE IF YOU CAN GET A CHILD TO HELP YOU.
Sturdy and easily assembled, the hand truck has a good handle. It is useless to follow the instructions on the instruction sheet. It was spot on to find a YouTube video of an assembly. Putting it together took 45 minutes. The quality of this product is excellent and the shipping was quick. I also purchased the Magliner 86006 stair climber kit, which is a necessity.
Obtaining a strong, light weight, and affordable vehicle is a good idea. By the way, I'm not sure why my laptop has scratches, but it's not a big deal - it's a first-rate.
I wish it came assembled. Nice hand truck, but I wish it came ready to use.
Five units were purchased. Assemblies are poorly written, parts are missing, and parts are present but not on the instructions for assembly.
