It's a good handtruck for the price, but I was expecting a lot more for the price
3/5

Before looking at the negatives, let me say that it is a very good handtruck overall. I do like how light it is and how well it works so far. However, there's a catch. In addition to the problems I've found, the price I paid for it should have been a lot better The cuts inside the structure were poorly crafted, ripped instead of cleaned, and had uneven, sharp edges and ragged There are poor machine tools and a lack of skill on the part of the machine operator, which is indicated by those events. A poor quality control process is also evident in this case. 3) The instructions were brief and sparse, and could have been simplified or written more intuitively. I had to figure it out for a while. Furthermore, 3) There were missing components in the parts bag, specifically washers and locking nuts. I had to go to my local hardware store to buy what I needed, which added additional cost and time to an assembly that should have taken just a couple of minutes. In this case as well, the quality control is awful. To sum up I expect to like this tool, but for that kind of money I should have received a lot more quality and testing. Those responsible for Magliner's actions should be held accountable.

you want the dolley to stand like the yellow side I'm pointing to, you should place the wheels on that side
5/5

Many people went online and complained that the dolley did not stand, but actually it does because there is a leveling bar that allows you to change where the wheels mount. There is a major reason why people are assembling it wrong but I will show a picture once I find it, but my husband loves it. It should have gone on the bottom hole instead of the top hole, but it is the instructions manual that instructs otherwise.

The assembly instructions are not clear or correct
5/5

In the enclosed email, I asked for assembly instructions for this unit from Magliner Customer Service. You may wish to print out and keep this review to help you assemble the unit if you do decide to buy it. It would be better to save yourself 1 while you are at it. Five hours of your time which I spent trying to come up with the following info. Customers 1. Please contact customer service at the following addresses

We read on Step 5 that we have to "securely tighten all bolts at this point". If you do (that means As long as you're not the person who keeps it, the aluminum supports (Parts 14 & 15) can stay are out of position, so when you try to install carter pins (part 23) in Step 6, you can't. After spending about half an hour trying to install the carter pin, I realized that I had to loosen the bolts in order to enable parts 14 and 15 to be able to move closer together so that the second carter pin (part 23) could be installed. Please see
1. A number of errors are present on step 6. In your list of parts, you list Part 24 ("Thick Washer" The thin washer, 5/8" and Part 25 (the thin washer, 1/8") four each even if you can only install two The installation of 1 (Part 25) washer, and 2 (Part 25) washers can be found in step 6. In that case, you will not be able to install the wheel because the axle will not be able to pass through the thin washer (Part 24) enough to install the carter pin (Part When installing the wheels, it is necessary to leave out one thin washer (part 24) on both sides. In my opinion, it would have been better to not use the thin washer (Part 25) on the inside of your There is no need for it, according to me. It needs to be corrected in the instructions. 2. *3. *4. As part of Parts List 24, you show (part 24) "Thin Washer" The thin washer was 5/8" thick and the thick washer (Part 25) was 1 1/4". A washer thickness of 5/8" is not obvious to the eye during installation, so this can be misleading. The result is misunderstandings, especially when the #1 and #2 above are taken into account. Changing the label to "Small Washer -" would make more sense to me The 5/8" and the large washer are available in two sizes By using 5/8" it will make it easier for people like me to understand and prevent them from asking questions.

I am very satisfied with the finished product. As you install the axle, make sure you install it in the right place. I had to adjust mine during assembly because the hole size varies depending on the size of the tire. I used it as soon as it was completed to carry my water heater outside to be disposed of. The application was very easy to handle and was very simple to.

It's probably best to go with 2 A wheel cart line is Its lightweight design makes it ideal for traveling I find the wheeler to be perfect for my needs
5/5

Featuring two sealed ball bearings per wheel, it is well constructed. I find that the instructions are scarce and the illustrations not as clear as they could be for this model. It is stiff and easy to handle and place into the vehicle for transport. installation instructions state that a large spacer washer should be placed at the center of every There is either an error in the drilling instructions for the roll pins that prevent axles from moving or turning, or it would depend on the model of axle. According to the instructions, assembly of the wheels was not possible since the spacing washers were too thick and prevented inserting the cotter pins required to lock the wheels. You can leave out the spacer However, make sure that each side of the wheels is reinforced by thin washers. Overall, assembly is pretty straightforward. *Note Unless something goes wrong, everything should fit correctly. The use of a ratcheting box end wrench is better than using a socket wrench, for example. You can also use GearWrench, Blackhawk, or similar tools. There is a recess that has an angular shape to accommodate a #3 Phillips screw. There is a chance that Phillips will slip out of #2. The screws for securing the handles were secured with flat washers under the nuts. Make use of a soft-launcher To prevent aluminum from denting, use a hammer that has a face. The part can also be hit with a soft piece of wood between it and the steel hammer.

Our Quality Is At It's Best! Well, I had few hand trucks from Home Depot and other stores, all steel, made in China, very heavy, and my back gave out! I used to have junk all over the place
5/5

The hand truck and the American company where it is manufactured are reviewed online, and from what I have read, this is the best hand truck , Dolly money can buy! This is a bit expensive, but really worth the money. It is extremely well made, very detailed in every part, and is a quality product! Although it is a bit of a pain to assemble, it is well worth it, and it can hold 500 pounds, for example? The override performed great even when I loaded with more than 500! This hand truck is built to last! Don't waste your money on cheap junk! Very happy with this purchase.
