Questions & Answers

Can you tell me the screw's thickness and length? Could this be used in some pilot holes (trying to see if it would fit)?

There is no way to tell for It's easy to mount the magnets using the screws that came with them. To avoid overtightening the screws, however, it is essential not to over tighten them. Despite being fragile, magnets are hard to work with.

Can you tell me what the counter sink angle should be, I used 10 The screw threads are 32mm with a temperature of 82 degrees Celsius How did the sink break and how did the magnet break so ?

In all honesty, I didn't have to consider the angle, but I did mount at least 20 of these with the same machine screw. Overtightening is something I am more inclined to consider

It is also available with a north pole on the countersunk face, as noted in the product description. I would like to order these. How do I do that?

I don't know

Can these magnets be used on brass?

With brass, there is no magnet that will work. Iron is the only material that a magnet can attract. In contrast to (Materials containing iron)

Magnet is strong and useful to work with
5/5

My first observation was how tightly packed the magnets were when I opened the package. After I took it out and tried using it to adsorb my objects, I realized that its strong suction was more than enough to fit my needs. Due to their magnetic force, it is important to separate them carefully through the use of view, because their magnetic force is too strong, if the magnets attach to each other, it may prove difficult to separate them.

We are strong and not fragile
5/5

They are very strong to the point that you wouldn't want to put two of them face to face because it will be a big endeavor to try and separate them. A couple of these are mounted on the sides of my cabinets as tool holders. As a result, I attached some short pieces of wood to enable me to pull them off the surface they are fastened to (like In the past, I've used them as a stop block for my table saw so that I could make repeatable cuts on It is also handy to put them on the refrigerator, and you can put a ton of paper behind it!
I think of the 24 glasses I bought, I have not broken a single one or chipped, cracked or even dipped one In the case of a shed door that doesn't stay closed when the wind blows or the construction of the door prevents it from closing, these magnets will do the trick. Using a magnet on one side and a screwed-on washer on the other side, a door will stay closed even when it is blowing highly. The face of these magnets is where the strength is, the back and sides are not as magnetized as they should be since they are.

The black rings in front of the speakers held the gigantic It was a strong spell
5/5

Just as electricity needs to be respected, so must they. When you are unconscious and you have one in your hand, trouble can ensue. A magnet and a screwdriver that I had in my hand decided to have an attraction each other as I passed my hand over my work bench. There were several ways it could have turned In my case, it hit from lengthwise, but I was ripped out of my hand and the magnet broke apart. Now I'm one magnet short on my project. The project I used it for was a success.

What to do if separated magnets can't be restacked
5/5

Having owned three of the magnets, I was so satisfied with their performance that I purchased them again.
I'm writing to give some advice! It's a good idea to be aware of where each magnet is positioned if you separate the magnets. Even just to begin distancing them with a utility knife type blade, they will come together unless there is a plastic separator. are reassembling the magnets, you should use a foam packing container to remove the plastic in between the magnets. After placing the stack of magnets into the ring, add one or even two plastic rings, and THEN place the separated magnet into the ring. Separate magnets will crash into each other as they fall, but the plastic rings will protect them from breaking. The hard-earned experience from my career enables you to benefit from my knowledge.

It's amazing how much I enjoy these things
5/5

In addition, I really like the countersunk hole in the middle, so you can mount them anywhere you need them to be. Be careful, the screws are very powerful! (
Assembly instructions provided)
But don't step on them! Having these in your pocket is not what you want to be doing while walking down the street. In a neighborhood like this, you could find yourself sucked across the street, tied to a big truck on your way to the.

Although they are strong, they are fragile
4/5

It is essential that you do not over-tighten screws/bolts when mounting these magnets. It wasn't a big deal to learn this lesson on the first magnet we used since we had a lot more magnets than we needed. The rest of this package is really handy and I would recommend it.

What a snap! Oh my God! Magnets with such high strength that it was difficult for me to separate Reading the article about wearing gloves in the "Read First" paper included in the box would have been a smart move for me

It would have prevented me from getting 3 blood blisters as a result of You should be careful what you get close to them because they are strong.

These are the strongest rare earth magnets at a reasonable price
5/5

One of these magnets provides a stronger grip than a stack of four+ conventional neodymium coin or button magnets, with a greater surface area. If you plan on storing them in an environment where paint will need to be protected, you can use them under a layer of cloth, tape, or plastidip. It is strong enough to be used in an outdoor application or in a space where there is a great deal A full-time position was secured by four of them You can attach a cloth flag to the hood of a vehicle for a two-day event No budge during a two-day off-road event. Due to their large size, you will be able to get enough grip on them even if multiple get stuck directly together. These are strong enough to snap through anything in their way, no matter how big and bulky it is.
