The glass is easily broken Although I was not expecting much value from this item, it served its purpose in my Grinch Escape Rooms when it was tied to a ribbon and used to remove a small key from a cup so I could find a hidden object

The break was immediate. Sadly, one of my two year old's toys broke when he dropped it 12" to the floor. Magnesium magnets are not as strong as you think. They're much smaller than you think, too.
