It is broken

Shipment of the magnet caused it to break. A top hole and two poles came together at the top center and broke. In regards to the manufacturer, I encourage them to shrink the hole, as it is a major weakness and is likely to fail I will say, however, that customer support was amazing and did not ask for the damaged product to be returned to them. It took less than a day for my credit to be established.
