This is pretty much a plywood box with air filters in it. I installed an air cleaner from a shop here, and it works fine. Basically, it is a plywood box with two sides and air filters in it. The AC timer allows me to run it for 30 minutes, an hour, or two hours then it automatically shuts off. It's probably the quietest piece of equipment I have in my shop. I use it to circulate the air in my shop and remove sawdust.

It's great. I love it. I have found that it is very similar to the US Stove hotblast 1500 in terms of size. Though its CFM output is significantly lower than the stock blower, for over $100 less than an OEM replacement, I am fine with that. The price is so good that I will order another soon to replace the OEM blower that I have.

This stove heats up quickly. I am impressed with how tight and smooth the bearings are. In one case, the cone fit perfectly, and in the other one I had to turn the cone so the intake was on the opposite side from I found the shaft to be very stable and solid, but the intake cone was slightly out of round and rubbed on the drum. I think I'll be able to adjust it once I do. As a result of the quiet operation of my furnace, I was not expecting it. A fire has been lit and I have given it a few minutes to warm up. Despite its small size, this unit is very reliable and has proven effective over time. As long as I keep my small shop well ventilated, the unit is fairly quiet and has a good CFM rating. This isn't a bells and whistles type of website - Depending on how you configured it, it will work differently for everyone. My dust collector has been wired to a timer so that it runs for a few hours every night, so that whatever dust was left suspended from the previous day can be sucked through two 12x24 furnace filters. In addition to being manual-toggleable, it can also be turned on manually whenever necessary, although I use a dust collector during heavy sanding and a ventilator background to keep the atmosphere fresh.

What does it mean when it There's one from U. S. Stoves that says 52 CFM and one from The Factory that says You could do yourself the biggest favor by getting this best modification you can make to your furnace for less than half of the cost of a Factory unit (which cost $256 plus shipping). The Dayton Blower the same as above is what I'm ordering right now and have always thought I'd need as a spare. The stove works perfectly with the existing blower thermostat that came with it.
