My life was saved by this powerblanket
5/5

The best product I have ever seen. I'm a 61- Here's an old lady who knows nothing: My pipe to my post-Sandy elevated waterfront house on Long Island froze 4' down where my artesian well comes up from the ground: 4 weeks without water/ 3 different plumbers/2 well guys nothing. I found this on the internet and covered it with a tarp and bricks. The ground has completely thawed and the water is back today, 48 hours later! Furthermore, there was an overnight downpour of icy rain, which resulted in the vehicle becoming a puddle for who knows how long - I just tested it after drying it off, and it still works (I'll elevate it in the future)! My life was saved by this powerblanket. The best product that has ever existed! Thank you a lot!.

Heating is done quickly and evenly
5/5

Powerblankets are an excellent way to heat precisely what you need to heat without worrying about uneven, intermittent, overheating, or inefficient power consumption. br>br>I find them to be job-site tough, durable, and field repairable with the Vinyl repair kit and the HH-IIIIIIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIGIG 66 glue. They're tough and can withstand a lot of wear and tear. The machine-sewn stitching is extremely strong. The blankets have been securely fastened with belts, clasps, and reinforcing. They are durable and can withstand a lot of wear and tear. br>br>The thing that strikes me the most is how evenly the heat is distributed throughout the mat. It will distribute heat evenly, no matter what you wrap or cover it with. You can precisely dial in the temperature control if you use a temperature controller, such as the Beacon controllers with which Powerblankets has partnered. I like the fact that you can take temperature readings at multiple locations. Beacon even has an IoT connected controller that you can control and monitor remotely, whether it's inside the blanket, on the blanket's surface, or the temperature of the product. br>br>These blankets are fairly simple to work with. They not only heat but also insulate, which is why they are thick. They are, however, relatively light for their size, and they are somewhat rigid, making them easier to handle. It's similar to working out on light workout mats. Unlike some other materials, they remain flexible even in extremely cold temperatures. Even at lower temperatures, the cords remain flexible. Made in the United States of America. br>br> Yep. Designed, engineered, and built right here in the United States of America. ETL and UL/CAS certifications are available. They have a four-year average life span when used continuously. A six-year timeline has been set. Warranty is for one year. br>br>This 95W 0 ground mat is 2x2 in size. It has the code 79A and weighs about 5 pounds. These mats come in 2x2, 3x4, 3x10, 3x25, and 5x9 sizes.

Our winter was saved by you! Because our family was undergoing construction this winter, our washer and dryer were forced to spend the season outside
5/5

It had been a difficult experience. This thawing blanket, on the other hand, was extremely useful. We waited until a warm day to do laundry after our first hard freeze, but it turned out that there was still some ice in the pump, so we had to replace it. We got this thawing blanket to put underneath the machine and wrap around the back to keep the pump warm once the new pump was installed. And there you have it! We were able to do laundry for the duration of our wild winter in the Pacific Northwest, thanks to this blanket, which protected our washing machine pump from the many snowstorms and ice.

It had an effect
5/5

Due to a very long period of freezing temperatures, our pipes from the well to the house were frozen. In Michigan, it has been a brutally cold winter. The water pipe was located 5 feet below the surface. I wasn't sure if this would work, but I decided to give it a 2-star rating anyway. It took three days for the ice to thaw. I turned it on and walked away. I did set up a tarp tent over it to keep the tarp from resting on the blanket (it was supposed to snow - I was prepared). Snow would not harm the mat in any way - I just thought it would be beneficial). When I put my hand under the blanket, it didn't feel very warm, but I had only just turned it on. It was a near-miracle, to be sure. It thawed out in less than 24 hours, and the water began to flow again! We left it plugged in for another 24 hours just to be sure, but that was probably unnecessary. I was hesitant to purchase the blanket due to the cost, but considering that we would have had to dig down 5 feet, it was well worth it.

Keeps frozen ground soft to a certain extent
5/5

It comes in a plastic-like exterior blanket that easily repels water. It can be used to keep pipes running beneath a home's foundation warm, or it can be wrapped around something you want to keep warm, such as farm water troughs. It does an excellent job of keeping the ground soft enough to dig down to a foot or so in the winter.
