How come brand-new brass turnings appear to be so battered and battered? br>Scratches, nicks, and dings in the finish. Moreover, the vast majority of the participants were underweight.

A PART HAS BEEN BROKEN AND A PART HAS BEEN MISSING

Disappointed to the point of frustration! I just received this today and opened it to discover that it was missing the hanger, which was clearly broken off. I'm not sure what was inside the blue box, but there was a lot of broken plastic. The weights are scratched up as well, as if they've been in use for a long time. I needed this for my lab this week, so you can imagine how stressed and irritated I am.

The weights will not come loose from the hanger. They can be added or removed through a slot on the tom near the hook. Thanks.

The weights were great, but the case was fragile

The weights themselves were excellent, but the case in which they were delivered was extremely fragile, having been cracked upon arrival and quickly breaking in a few more places.
