They aren't certified, to be sure. There are two Rice Lake Weights and one Troemner in my collection. The quality of the water in Rice Lake appears to be higher. One of my Rice Lake weights is NIST certified (the ones on this page are not). ) The 10KG I bought is incredibly precise, with a certification of 10. 0000217kg is a kilogram. It's dead on. I'll definitely be purchasing more of these. On Rice Lake, the weights have a nice smooth surface, but they are cast iron, so expect a rough texture.
These scale weights were purchased to help me with various grip and strength training exercises. I can increase the overall weight to accommodate different exercises by using magnets and smaller weight plates. These have made me very happy.
Scale readings from the post office, 2 oz. (And the minuscule difference is most likely due to vibrations from my furnace or my floor not being perfectly level. ).
It's ideal for when you need a 20-pound weight to test a scale, and I couldn't be more pleased.
The weight of ten kilograms is not the same as the weight of twenty pounds. It was fine, but I ordered a 20 pound package and received a 10 kilogram package, which was not the same. I responded by returning it. I would have kept it if it had been the correct weight.
Weight used for calibration. It works. Scales that have been calibrated with this pass inspection. So, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah Shipping was quick, and based on a quick search, the price was reasonable.
For the price, it's a great deal.
a good deal.
