Selected User Reviews For United Scientific™ RADIO1 Radiometer
The radiometer isn't functioning properly. The blades do not spin in any of the well-lit environments where I've placed it.
Nobody needs a top-of-the-line Radiometer, so it will do the job perfectly well for the price. On a sunny day, it runs pretty fast.
I am dissatisfied with the quality. The vanes do not appear to spin as freely as those on higher-quality radiometers, resulting in a reduction in performance. Aside from that, it looks nice; I've owned a few in my time, but this one just doesn't cut it for me.
Even in direct sunlight, it didn't work. Because the metal pole appears to be bent, I believe the spinner is making contact with it. Motion is stopped by even a small amount of friction. br>We already have another radiometer, which is less expensive but still works fine.
It was well received by my son and arrived quickly.
Two units were received, the first of which had internal parts that were broken upon arrival, and the second of which simply did not function. It was a waste of money.
Terrible! It was a complete failure. Vanes are not aligned properly. Grandchild, you have let you down!.
It was of poor quality and did not function at all. The vanes were twisted and crooked. br>Purchase a higher-quality radiometer at a reasonable price, rather than one that is at the bottom of the market.
