It was extremely quick to respond and handled all my concerns and offered the option of a refund or a new unit shipping at no extra charge. I chose the latter and received my new unit in two days, which was free of flaws and in perfect working order. There's an extra filter from the broken unit I can use when I need to replace it. The majority of flow hoods are made from wood or other materials, so they tend to be more expensive. This one, on the other hand, is made from aluminum, but is decently made. The filter has more foam and the cord inside, so you'll have to open it up by pulling it out. Be careful because there are sharp edges inside. It works well after it has been set up, and I am pleased with the service provided and the rapid response. A review of an old review The weather stripping foam seals off the filter on my Flow Hood but I noticed there is a big dent in the frame after receipt. As a result, there is a large leak in the unit, and there is little to no air coming from Furthermore, it appears that the fan is rubbing against something which causes it to be very loud and not spin Even though the packaging was excellent, I was disappointed to find out that the product was still damaged, possibly due to how the packaging was done. Since I contacted customer service, I am waiting for a response to either get a replacement or get my money refunded. Until I receive a reply, I will leave this review as a 1 star rating. Having read the reviews, I realize there were a few people who had this problem and basically took a risk with this unit and as it seems it did not work out.

There is one rivet missing, but it isn't a big deal. In an article about quality control, Kinda talks about it. What's a little concerning is the fact that fewer people seem to be exercising. However, I have been using mine for a few weeks now. The back of the camera was covered with a prefilter. My test of the filter and flow showed that everything worked as it should. As a result of the clips, it leans slightly backwards when placed on a bench. If the fan blade is in the way of the motor, then the unit will rattle (remember that the unit is designed to hang from the ceiling). The rattle is gone now, so I'll eventually build a stand. But for now it's propped up and I'm not concerned about a stand. Because of the minor things, I was going to give it 4 stars. While it isn't as good as a Mercedes of FFUs, it is a good deal for $500 and.

Here are some of the things Arrived within a reasonable amount of time! I was pleased with the price. often sell for about $350-$400. The best price on AliExpress is $400, but it is for 110v and not for 220v. like This item looks like a Chinese product repurposed. The instructions and contact information are nowhere to be found. It seems weird to me that the handles are in such a strange place. Some trivets were missing from it. In this case, the size of the filter is 21" X 21" rather than 22" X 22". It's free to return items, and I still have some time to decide what I want to.

Several rivets on the unit were missing, and a portion of the unit was damaged when it arrived. To repair my unit so that I could use it, I had to order a rivet gun.
