The calibration process

I received is from a brand called Walter and is not a Vision Scientific product. It is possible that the volume setting wheel is not working Despite that, it appears to be of good quality. There is only one star in the design, since nothing else works at the moment. Due to these circumstances, I was unable to return the item so I simply lost.

I am dissatisfied. Vision scientific was not involved in the development of this product. It appears that Walter products incorporated is the manufacturer and there is no label visible on images in the advertisement. .
The tip ejection key is not functional.
I am dissatisfied.
