The calibration procedure

It is a brand called "Walter" instead of Vision Scientific that I received. It is not possible to adjust the volume by turning the wheel after calibrating. Despite this, it seems to be a pretty good design. It gets one star only for the design since none of the other elements work. Due to these circumstances, I am unable to return the item, so my money has been lost.

I am dissatisfied. Neither Vision scientific nor this product was designed by them. The label is not shown on any of the images in the advert, and the tip ejection key does not work. The manufacturer is Walter products incorporated.
