A closed capillary tube was included in each of three containers of capillary tubes

Capillary tubes with one closed end have been ordered in three containers. The open end of one container was revived as well as a closed one. The postcards were mailed in three separate envelopes over the course of about 5 days.

It was the wrong product that was delivered

In the item listing, both ends were mentioned as open, but only one ended was listed as open. For the second time in a row, I have ordered capillary tubes for a melting point determination lab and both times I have received tubes with two open ends versus.
