BE SURE TO KEEP YOUR STAFF PIPELINES FLOWING JIGGERS ARE NOT USED WHEN POURING. have always required that my bartenders pour their own liquor into the exacto mugs, and if they did not achieve that at least four or five times out of five, then they could not work the bar that night. I can tell you for sure they learn quickly.

Despite the fact that I have test tubes on site at work for practicing, no one else ever uses By having these at home, I am able to practice pouring, and I feel more confident if a manager would put me on the spot for a pour test. Plus, I noticed that I was overdosing. So they helped bring me back to reality.
