I have a Büchner funnel that is oddly shaped, and I couldn't find a stopper that fit my Erlenmeyer flask. Then I came across this set of nesting stoppers, which allowed me to customize the exact size I required. The stopper is made of a rigid but pliable material that is also very easy to clean. Most importantly, when I use a pump to filter, it creates a great vacuum seal. I'm really glad I bought it.
They came in a wide range of sizes and provided an excellent seal for my amateur Buchner filter setup. For the price, this is an excellent deal.
I COULDN'T USE IT WITH MY Büchner funnel.
It's a good product, but for the same price, I'd recommend a larger set because these are too thick, and a 13 piece set has better fitting pieces.
These do exactly what they say on the tin and are very effective. I like how they came in small packages and how quickly they arrived. Although there are several sizes available, I only use two. In addition, I thought the price was reasonable. I bought one set at first, but my filtering requirements grew, so I ordered three more. I would suggest it.
It creates a perfect seal, just the way you want it! I've dealt with far too many bad Buechner funnel adapters in my time, so having a good one is nice.
It performs exactly as expected! This is an excellent purchase.
