This product broke the third time it was used

I knew this would be a thin piece of glass as soon as I opened the package. It was for that reason as well that I should have returned the flask for a real borosilicate glass flask, but I kept it nonetheless. The mistake was very costly. Since I have had it for a week, I have been filtering herbal infused oils. The device broke after its usage three times and I took it out to use it today. Unfortunately, this is not good news. At this point, I am not sure I can return it.
