The quality of Pyrex can't be beat! loved using this flask because it is large and has a nice wide mouth. I accidentally bought a 500 milliliter flask from a different seller that I didn't realize I had, but when I received it, it was half the diameter this flask While I am returning it, this is an excellent filter flask for ceramic / porcelain Buechner funnels. A nice thick rim with the perfect opening size for a rubber fitting for the Buechner with its legendary thick glass all around. I'm going to grab another one as a backup!.

It's all been said and done

I was very satisfied with the flask, it arrived a week before expected and was of a higher quality than One issue I can foresee is the mass will be hard to heat using the heater/stirrer I have. Thin glass is what it is.
