A fracture crack has been found in the box, but otherwise works fine

Until further notice. There is a very small hairline crack in the down stem after receiving this today. It would be ideal if I could get a replacement part but I think that I wouldn't be able to do so Is there anything you would like to suggest? Besides that, I need to use it anyway and cannot afford to wait for a new one while waiting for one to arrive.

When I needed to change a filter, and a little solution was left in the upper chamber, I would have trouble purging it without spilling the solution. I later found out that the problem stemmed from a weak vacuum that had been My opinion of this set began to change after I changed the pump. There is no tearing of the filter paper due to the durability of glass and the volume of mmHg that it holds. In other words, if it is correctly used, it can be very useful.

There is a serious leak in this thing! A simple design defect creates a cheap clamp that does nothing for glazing glass on glass and obtaining a good seal for extraction of herbal oils

There is no shelf on it, so filters are sucked into the neck because it is curved. This is ridiculous. I'm not even sure I made the right purchase. My seal between the two pieces of glass leaked everywhere until I taped it up. The company is not a company I would purchase or borrow glass from.
