It was my expectation that these would be of a lesser quality, and therefore not worth the cost. However, I am amazed by how well these low form beakers and narrow mouth flasks performed! am a Special Education middle school teacher who does weekly science experiments with her students. After using random coffee mugs, bowls and plastic water bottles for a long time, I decided to buy some actual mugs and bowls. This is the best thing I've ever done! It is amazing how these beakers and flasks have survived boiling hot water baths, expanding chemical and gaseous mixtures, and the indelicate hands of many young students! The products I purchased in the past will certainly be used for years to come. I will definitely order more in the near future. You provide a sturdy, functional, and affordable product, and I am thankful for your contribution!.

I have updated I haven't had any problems with their dishwasher performance. Adding this to my use case is just a bonus. I was looking for a size that could function as a juice carafe for a mimosa station, and these were just what I needed! Our bottles pour smoothly, and the opening is just a little wider than any wine bottle stopper. We used whiskey corks to seal them up, and that worked nicely. Their primary purpose is not to be used for this. Not what we wanted, but it was exactly what we needed. Cleaning is easy and it is I liked how they were packaged as well.
The yeast starters I created for my homebrew came out well. I used them to make yeast starters for my beer. I boiled the water in the vessel directly on my gas range without any problems. My borosilicate scientific flasks cooled quickly in a water bath and held up as I had expected. The product is durable and of high quality.
A 1000ml flask and a 500ml flask were provided to me. The first time I put one on the hotplate with sulfuric acid, the glass cracked as soon as it warmed up and I was engulfed in a cloud of toxic smoke the next Within two minutes, I did the same thing.
These are not safe and should not be sold as anything other than vases for flowers.
My guess is that it is made in China.
Our first experiment worked great, however. Although I knew they were fragile, one still broke when I handled them carefully.
Glass tends to crack not from heat but from force alone because it is thin and prone to cracking. An item was broken in the box of the first shipment. My first order was a mistake and Amazon's great customer service sent me a replacement free of charge. I bought these two starters from Amazon for my beer brewing and they work properly For the price, they are a goodbye.
