As a rule, I get lab equipment from a proper supplier, but for an urgent test, I had to order it from Amazon. These were packaged in a very soft cardboard box with tissue paper between, with no other packing materials of any kind. So it is not surprising that 2 out of 6 had chips. The sample containers were all so dusty and dirty that I was unable to even think of taking them into my sterile laboratory. I put it straight in the garbage.
come with a rough coating of some sort that is extremely difficult to clean since the layer that is on it is very rough and the spots that are on it appear like water spots, which aren't there.
While packaging seemed a little poor, all pieces arrived intact, so I suppose it was not a total failure.
One part appears to have a finger print under the glass, which might not be the most desirable factor in a shill product, but for the price I'll give them the middle rating, even though that may seem.
It is fairly simple to use. It is ideal for use as a cover and a dish for evaporation. items arrived intact in a box, each with a piece of paper between it. The packaging didn't seem to be very careful, but they came unbroken, so I guess I can't.
The purpose of these bottles is to cover tea as it steeps and cream periodically for my cat, so I'm not all that concerned about lab grade sterility (which these are not), but I am concerned about the durability of the glass and whether it breaks easily. I received a few of the cookies with chipped edges and/or poorly ground centers. I am also concerned that there are small inclusions in the glass itself, so these may go missing or chip more easily. If I plan on using them in my kitchen, I will have to be extra diligent.

I've noticed that the glass has a grainy feel to it and doesn't hold up well to heat. The papers are cheap, so I will gladly use them for projects in which I will likely have to throw them away at the end.
The results were disappointing!.
