I wouldn't say that at all. It is more like a cuff that rotates around the tube itself

Ten of these were purchased, and every single one of them didn't have a good seal where it is glued to the wristband. There is currently a shortage of quality commercial 2" vacuum hoses, but it should not take long for them to appear.
