Great product, but the vacuum I bought had been used before and the bucket and brushes were full of dust and hairs.

The battery gauge is clearly visible. The three different suction levels are also appealing to me. When cleaning overhead webs and the like, it can get a little heavy after a while, but it works well most of the time. ,br>br>ATTACHMENTSbr>The tube, brush head, and attachments make this a very convenient tool to use. I can clean the carpet quickly, switch attachments, and clean crevices, floor edges, and other areas. The small brush attachment easily clogs up with cat hair and large fuzz, but it's simple to remove it and resume vacuuming. br>br>CHARGEbr>I never let it run completely down, so it takes an hour or two to charge up. The hepa filter has a hole in it, and I haven't been able to locate a replacement on Amazon. I've only had it for a month and it already has a hole in it and the suction is extremely low.
This one was fantastic. On hardwood, it works really well and even "buffs" the surface a little. Great suction and easy transition to carpet/rug with no attachment changes made this a pleasant surprise. The handheld configuration isn't perfect, but it gets the job done for crumbs, dust, and corners, among other things. You can't have your cake and eat it, as they say. The battery is sufficient for a complete run through of the entire house, and then some at 1600ish sf, so the value far outweighs the price. It appears that the construction and materials are of good quality and are easy to clean.
This vacuum worked well on my hardwood floors for about three months before it broke down, and the company does not respond to emails. Make a financial saving!.
Don't waste your money on this dreadful machine. After a short time, it turns off. After only one use, the brush head failed.
