Questions & Answers

What is the fit of the harness if you have a wide waist? We only offer a backpack harness for small people at this time. ?

I appreciate you taking the time to inquire about our product. Yes, ProTeam offers two sizes of waist belt extensions. The 10" and the 11" "18" in length. Item # 106346 and #106345 are available if you would like to view them. Customer service can be contacted by calling 1 if you need help. Phone 866-9928 Telephone 8888

Can you please tell me if the backpack harness comes with the vacuum? Is there a place for attachment holders on the harness?

the backpack harness is included, and the attachment holders are also included.

When it comes to picking up mold spores, how well does the vacuum work?

Its filter in particular is not designed to filter mold spores, and thus I would be concerned about it. When it sucks up the particles, the filter may not catch them if it does, the particles may spit them back out again in your room.

I love that vacuum cleaner
5/5

This is because I didn't want to trip over the 30" hose of the built-in vacuum of our house. The company showed me a video in which they showed me a tactic that cleared things up for me. Initially, I was disappointed since it was difficult to push on the carpet, but now I appreciate it a whole lot. This vacuum cleaner has such a strong vacuum that the user needs to move it from side to side It may be helpful to move the head side to side when vacuuming on carpet, or to tilt the head to allow some air to enter. You'll never have to carry or coil that awkward built-in hose anymore. You'll also never have to worry about stepping on it and turning your ankle. Among other problems (the tool falls off, the telescoping wand-which will not tighten-the hose comes loose from the top, and the top is hard to tighten) I have never encountered in my experience. It is wonderful to be able to wear a vacuum rather than pulling a canister or pushing an upright. It was easy to pick up a bunch of fallen artificial pine needles from our Christmas tree, and they are good at sticking to our My expectation for this commercial model is that it will outlive me. The model is in a residence, so I expect it to outlive If I make a will, I will probably mention it specifically.

I would have given it six stars! I'm in love with this! My house is made up of three floors and many It doesn't matter what type of upright or canister I own
5/5

The system did not work and was not convenient. A set of uprights is useless if you're going up or down On the hardwood floors, 2 canisters have fallen and broken when they tumbled down the hardwood stairs. Tall uprights are too large to fit under items. They are bulky and heavy to pull around behind, they never steer straight and they always collide with furniture, walls, lamps, pets, etc. I couldn't handle them anymore. As I was on vacation, I saw a hotel worker vacuuming the halls with a backpack vac, which clicked a light switch in my head. It seems so obvious, why did I not think of it before? After some research I decided that ProTeam was pretty much the best option. I was hesitant to spend so much money, but I figured I would give it a go. One of my only regrets is that I didn't have one when I was younger. When I used my old vacuum cleaner, I had to plug it in 6 different times (2 times per floor) to vacuum my house. I now connect it only ONCE to the middle level, and the project is complete! There is much less frustration in my house now because I can move freely around without tripping over stuff, and I can vacuum all 3 levels in less than HALF the time it used to take. I mean it. There is no need to exaggerate. It is hard for me to lose weight because my back hurts. There is nothing heavy about it. I barely notice the presence of it. Even getting under the beds is not a problem for me since I can get on my hands and knees without any difficulty. You should buy one if you're considering Changing your life is a great thing. I have only one small complaint about the instructions. You can't do much with it, since it's so basic. There must be an assumption that only industrial/commercial workers are using these, and have been for many years, so the instructions are unnecessary. The program isn't complicated at all so you don't have to be an expert to use it Here's the problem.

It does not appeal to me! I strongly discourage you from using it
3/5

There are too many bad details on this, so if you buy it, ask for the brush right away (it is sold separately, of course! *span_start>)
Or you will scratch the floor if not with the one that arrives. Despite using the tube 4 times, it is already broken and there is no return it does not have a warranty The following are just a few of the things you discover when using it.

This is not a recommended purchase
3/5

Despite having used backpack vacuums before, this is truly the worst vacuum I have ever used. This vacuum cleaner is difficult to use the hose doesn't stay attached to the wand, and it picks up little more than dust and small bits of paper or dog hair, which immediately fill the upper portions of the bag before it is sucked down all the way. Thank you for the opportunity to return, I regret missing it.

I like this vacuum a lot, but I don't like the adjustable wand
4/5

There is a serious vacuum here. There are two long-haired cats in our household. Dyson was not performing the task every day, so we sought out something that could service all the needs. Several areas, including the floor, baseboards, tops of doors, under the armrests of chairs, etc. Make sure to prepare your back for the weight, though. The product is a 5 star, however, the adjustable wand is awful. I removed one star because it is so useless. The hose is slipped out of the connection, and the connection cannot be tightened appropriately so the hose will not expand and contract on its own. In order to solve this problem, you will need duct tape. I do not agree that duct tape is a necessary accessory for a product of this price.
That being said, it works great, and the overall Let's bring on the cats!.

My opinion of this purchase is not favorable
3/5

This vacuum cleaner has been in my possession for just about a year. As I use it for residential purposes, it does not get a lot of use. The plastic clip joint completely separated after about 8 months of usage- it cracked in multiple places on the entire clip. This makes it virtually impossible to use as it is prone to slipping into awkward angles and not staying together. I contacted ProTeam to get a replacement part and was told I was out of luck and would have to purchase another $50+ wand. I guess I wouldn't have felt so bad about my experience if customer service had been more helpful and they had stood by their products more. As if he had heard this complaint a thousand times and was sick of hearing about it, the man I spoke with seemed almost agitated. The $400 I spent would be spent in a different way if I could go back in time. for its performance, it has a good suction, but aside from that, it's not remarkable.
