We only used it twice, and the third time it smelled like something burning and smoke came out from the vacuum, so we stopped using it. Trying to restart the unit again causes it to blow fuses in the house continuously. This is garbage. No one is recommended by me!.

I love it. As a business owner, I have bought this vacuum twice and really like it. The suction is excellent. The cat attachment for carpets is what I bought. This vacuum is loved by all the ladies that work with me. The fact that it's so easy to store is another plus. Taking the hose and metal pole apart for easy storage makes it possible to access small places.

I was very disappointed in this product once it was opened, hose is loose, if the cord gets tangled under a sofa, it detaches. The cord is hard to maneuver and I can't place it correctly. There is no reason why they couldn't make a hose that could not be detached from the insertion shaft. While it does vacuum okay, you can get a cleaner for a better price. We are sorry that you cannot return the product once we have used it. The lesson has been learned, and next time I'll go to a retailer near by to buy my vacuum. This feels like a scam to me.
