In addition to the stickers, the broom comes with a couple of others that pull off the paint when removed. There is a lot of paint on the handle that scratches easily. Repainting was needed after sanding off the old paint.
The color is a light avocado green. I also noticed that when I took it out of the box, all of the broom bristles were sticking up, Some have broken off or fallen off within just a couple of sweeps of the kitchen. It would be nice if this didn't happen again! As I tried to remove the label I got paint on the handle and the handle wasn't painted or there was discoloration at the connection. I didn't get the label off and didn't want to further damage the broom). I feel this is a pretty nice, functional broom but if the quality of these kinds of things bothers you (as they do me) I would try a different.
It turned out to be the black broom I was looking for it was perfect for using outdoors. I appreciate how strong it is and how much it is able to handle in one shot. I found the performance to be exactly what I wanted. To match the brush, I would have preferred a darker black for the bristles, and a black handle, but that is just purely aesthetic in nature. This would be a good buy again if it was all black however I am confident it will make it through the decades.

The broom I thought I reviewed was already reviewed. There is no need for a pedestal since these brooms stand alone. It's literally true. Their size makes them an ideal kitchen broom, as they are not so heavy as to be cumbersome. The bristles are a vivid red As an adult, I prefer corn brooms, but I grew up using them.
