I had to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see what size paper towels I should use. It said c-fold paper towels, but I believe they are too long for the machine, but they do the job.
The lock is, indeed, located on the top.
That wouldn't work because you'd have to reach into the dispenser to get a towel, defeating the purpose.
NO - In this dispenser, FOLD will not work.

We had a few of these installed - In the kitchen and bathrooms, for example. They're fantastic. I'd never considered putting tri- in a sentence before. Towels should be folded until, due to Covid- 19 We were unable to locate paper towel rolls. So I went to Amazon and bought a case of commercial trifold towels. We began by stacking them in the kitchen and the bathroom. However, we required a dispenser, so I placed an order for one of these Oasis Creations dispensers for the kitchen. It was simple to put together and looks fantastic. We use it frequently, and I quickly ordered one for each of our bathrooms. We still use Bounty rolls of towels now that we've finally been able to get them, but we're using more trifolds. They are less expensive, and they are extremely convenient when used with these dispensers.
After months of dealing with a metal dispenser that ripped paper towels every time one was pulled out due to sharp edges, I decided to purchase this. That issue is no longer an issue, and this dispenser was simple to set up and operate.
I highly recommend this product, which we purchased to save money by replacing our kitchen's rolled paper towels. I put it next to my kitchen sink and it looks great. It blends in aesthetically, and I didn't even notice it because I was worried about the commercial appearance. I have one piece of advice for oasis. Paper towels should be available as an add-on for Amazon's dispenser. For the oasis dispenser, I bought a case of towels that were the wrong size. In any case, when compared to 2, this is a must-have. 00 at the supermarket for a roll of paper towels, this product saves us a ton of money.
The lock is cheap but functional, and the plastic is only fair. The following are the ONLY instructions on the box, but they are not required: There are four holes, four inserts, and four screws in this project. Oh, they give you twice as much. That's not the case; Instead, please hand me a drill bit. The inserts, however, are a little bigger than my 1/4 DeWalt drill bit. They do not inform us of the drill bit size. I tried to round out the hole in my plaster wall a little after the first insert, but it still took a good hammer blow to drive, not tap, the insert to its proper depth. They could have included a one-page layout and instructions for $25. But it's just a kitchen wall, and it's functional.
It's a hard, brittle substance. I'm not sure what it's about. However, exercise caution while mounting. To remove the forward-opening cover, simply spread it open. This simplifies installation because all you have to do now is level the back part against the wall and locate your Four Mounting Holes. Unless the mounting surface is entirely made of wood. Plastic Toggle Type Wall Anchors are a good choice. Consider the abuse you may have witnessed in the handling of this type of dispenser, perhaps in a college or a favorite Gin Mill bathroom, where there was likely some pulling, twisting, or whatever. Just anchor it SOILD the first time and it should serve you well. br>I'm still thinking about it, but I think I'll send it back for a more commercial model. Mine will be in my Barn Bathroom, and it will be anchored by ceramic wall tile, so it will be quite sturdy. Best of luck to you.
I despise this unit and intend to replace it as soon as possible. When I remove a towel from it, it tears and a small piece falls out. Only a small percentage of the time does the entire towel come out. They clog my hand sink, which is below it, when they come off in pieces. br>br>I'm not sure if this is a common occurrence, but I've given it three months and even tried a different towel with no luck.
