How much is the unifit mounting hardware (#thu020) with this item?

There was a screw set, anchors, and a floor bolt set on mine.

How do you recommend that I install this piece with 15 inches from the center flange to the wall?

Our flanges are available in three rough sizes (ten inches, twelve inches, and thirteen inches. Your Toto toilet will have a different set of rims (usually 14" in diameter) that match one style or another. You will notice a gap of approximately one inch(give or take) from the back of the toilet to the wall when using the 14" Rough flange.

This is an OEM Toto part made to perfection

Compared to originals from 14 years ago, the rear gasket appears to be much better made. It is for this reason that I have replaced two of them- As a result, the original gaskets were not installed correctly by the subcontractor, and new gaskets are not readily available (and the old Unifit doesn't need to be cleaned up anyway!). After much effort and time, the intermittent odors we had from the poor installation have been eliminated.

The problem with the toilet leaking has been resolved

Our contractor told us to buy this piece when we were unable to locate the source of the leak for awhile. A solution was found to the problem.

The skirted toilet works great with this! The wax ring worked perfectly here, but it is strongly advised that you use a plain wax ring as there is not extra room for the more complicated rings (and it is not needed since it seals well anyway)

Toto would benefit from this fit

Toto Carolina has been replaced by this excellent model. It still has some difficulties going onto the bolts with the nuts that came with the unit. A new set of nuts and bolts were purchased at Home Depot.
