Came in good condition and in a timely manner. R & D please. A couple of hours went by when I did R. The tank has already been equipped with all the hardware. In terms of the flush handle, it is pretty fragile, but that is to be expected at this price point. In need of replacement, it can be easily replaced. The flushing system in this toilet works well both for liquid and solid waste. It uses only one flushing cycle total. It takes 2 gal to flush. I believe it uses less power (perhaps less than 0). The handle will not stay down on a 9-gallon tank if I don't hold it The first thing to do on installing a toilet is to place it on the new wax seal the first time. Next, use the new flex line in order to bring water into the toilet, and then tighten bowl to floor and tank to bowl slowly by changing between the right and left.

All of these toilets have never clogged since they were installed. The toilet I needed to replace was almost useless and had taken me two years to fix Plungers were continually wet in every bathroom. Every time there was a flush, there were three. It was amazing how this Toto toilet never clogged up. As a result, I decided to replace the other two toilets in the house as well. It took about 15 minutes to dry my plungers out. I've put them back in the cabinets out of sight.
