A 3" Flush valve (THU129P) and possibly several others for Toto two piece toilets are compatible with this. I'm not aware of any one-piece solutions it may support.
There are no plans to include it in 9BU062E is the part number designed to work with CST494.
Under your tank cover, do you see the model number? Some tanks have them but there are others that will work as well

In this rating, we are referring to the quality of customer service provided by I talked to Toto Technical Service about a genetic toilet repair part that may have problems fitting Toto toilets properly. They inquired what the model number S- is According to the tank lid, the number is 706CR. It was explained to me that the model had been replaced with Caruso and the part numbers were given to me. There are no Caruso models on Toto's model list, so I called again and talked to a different rep who told me the new model is the Drake and stated that the replacement parts were available. My weekend was spent severing the bolts that were rusted to the toilet tank and separating the tank from the toilet bowl after waiting one week for all parts to arrive. After I discovered the gasket to be too large, I realized the old one was quite small. In the end, I ended up learning from another plumbing supply company website that 9BU014E was the correct gasket for the "original Drake".

I am still waiting for the new part. There is a good fit with the 9BU014E.
The tank does not have the same dimensions as my original tank. A bowl gasket is different visually and prevents the tank from sitting on the bottom. There's no chance of overtightening the bolts and breaking them. The gasket in this product is not compatible with Toto Drake toilet model Number CST743S. A replacement that looks basically like the one I have will be sought after.
I bought it since I felt it would work better with my Toto Drake toilet as it was made for Toto. The Toto TSU01D tank to bowl mounting bolts should be purchased as well. You must tighten the tank until the gasket is compressed so the tank rests on the shoulders of the bowl when you tighten it down. This keeps the rocking to a minimum. Those factors are going to influence my decision to purchase A big box version aftermarket might not bottom out the right way if it is too thick or too thin.
