No mounting hardware was included with the first toilet. As soon as the hardware was received, the mounting slot was too narrow to accommodate the plastic sleeve and metal mounting pin, so the toilet and mounting hardware were returned. There is no mounting hardware included with the 2nd toilet (and the description says it is A manufacturing defect in the mounting hardware arrived once it was installed. no, you can not force a pin through a porcelain slot that is too narrow. This model is different from the manual since the porcelain has a slot instead of a round hole. There was a used look on the first toilet as if it had been installed previously. There is no sign of use on the second set of mounting hardware. There is room for improvement in the quality of this company's merchandise and the order completion rate.
There is a problem obtaining the five accessories package hardware for the platform, so I cannot Having bought this toilet twice now, I've experienced the same outcome each time.

Less than you think! I really like the way that it looks, flushes well, is easy to clean, is easy to install, is well made, and is cheap. A perfect product that meets all of my needs A reviewer who claimed parts were missing in my case does not qualify for a complaint. It's true that I was a bit worried when I saw the thin seat and lid at first, but 6 months down the road, it turned out to be not a problem. In comparison, other similar units cost at least twice as much (or more!). But I am of the opinion it makes no sense to spend that much money. Savings can be put to good use!.
