My bottle of brand new shampoo seemed to work fine for the first 3 times, but then started leaking A message was sent to the seller and O- Call cedar directly to find out if there is any replacement for it. We didn't receive an answer from either of them. The thing I bought made me pissed off because I wasted my money on it.
I bought a new handle, however, because my old one had come off and I couldn't get it back on. Apparently this mop is not manufactured like it used to be anymore, as seen from the pictures. Compared to the old one, this one feels lighter and more fluid It's cheaper. . . like the kind you get at The NEW mop is listed on the old one's listing. . . so make sure you read the appropriate reviews when you read the reviews. I think Amazon should not allow sellers to list different products on the same listing in the new quality (the pads are still great), plus new quality is cheaper.
There were 3 extra pads included with the mop that I bought. The picture of that option showed four mop pads, so I decided to purchase it. According to the listing, this set comes with 4 mop pads, as indicated by the listing name and picture. Because I purchased one of these from my local store, it included one pad, so having the listing mention 3 extras and showing four pads made sense to me. Opening the box and discovering the mop only came with a total of 3 pads, rather than 4 as the listing mentioned, disappointed me.
