I needed replacement heads after breaking the handle during a move, so I reached out to the company for help. ordered this package of 4 replacement heads and was very disappointed when they arrived. I found the mop heads to be so flimsy once wet that they would not remain in the bucket when I wrung them out. They flipped over when I mopped and didn't stay in the bucket when wrung out. The number I left was 1 Because I expect better from this company, I gave them a star review. My father suggested I throw in all four mop heads into the washer and dryer on a rough agitation cycle and high heat to felt up the mop heads. HELP THEM, PEOPLE! THIS IS WHAT THEY NEED! As it transforms from a clump of limp tendrils into a fluffy mop head, it becomes plush and ready for The two images attached are in PDF format.
