There is no better degreaser on the market than this one. As it is very caustic, you should use it in an open area. If you don't wear gloves, you'll get burned. I use it to clean out all kinds of grease from my cooking pots to my oven. Due to the fact that it was a bulk package, this was highly recommended.

For getting rid of grease, this is great. Then all you need to do is spray it onto a greasy surface like a stove top, oven, or whatever else and wait for it to dry. You just need to let it work for about a few minutes and, after a few minutes, you can simply wipe the area and the grease should come off without needing to scrub. Be careful when using this stuff since it has the worse fumes, so make sure you have good ventilation when you do. Your coughing fit could easily be triggered by this.

For cleaning old, caked-on car parts, this is the stuff to use. For oven cleaning, I'm not sure what it is like. Although, you don't want it to fill your lungs with a lot of air.
