My pump has a 1 1/2" discharge outlet, and I want to connect this hose to it. It fits, but is it the right size?

Definitely, it's going to No matter what gender you are, the fit is the same. The sump line of my basement froze over the winter, so I purchased this product as an emergency plan b. Until I fixed the freeze point, the connection was easy and worked like a charm. I just wanted to let you know. Although the fitting has an od of 1 1/2, it has a reduced outside diameter of 1 1/4. Although it wasn't perfect, it still met the needs. It is a product I would recommend.

In order to adapt these ipt pinplugs to other fittings, such as npt, I will have to modify them. Is there a way for me to get specs on the exact dimensions and description ?

NPT fittings come with the hoses, so no adaptations should be required.

This can be translated to five There is however a difference in the fittings with an ID of My testing of the product did not reveal any defects, and I will keep it because it is made well. In addition to using this hose as a backup for my sump, I also use it for waste water. My plan B and C are additional hoses. I have tested the connections and they appear to be fine.

Hose lasts quite a long time as long as it is rolled up on hard surface not left in the baking sun all day. Do not leave it on the ground where sticks and twigs are present.
