Is it a five-pack? According to Stenner's website, the model number in question is a 5pk. ?

I just got mine in the mail, and there was only one in the box. I received a replacement package from Amazon, but it only contained one item.

The pump I'm using is about 6 inches square and is used to add a chlorine solution to my well filtration system.

When you buy them in bulk, they are a great deal, but they dry out after a few years, and when you go to use the third or fourth one, it is usually no good and will leak. br>I'm using a food-grade silicone paste to coat my spares in the hopes of prolonging their life. br>br>I tried the black version and found them to be even worse. I barely got a year out of one, so I didn't bother with the spare I had and used it on a well with no chlorine.

Stenner Pump parts are a good buy! Our Stenner pump needed to be serviced on a regular basis, and I was out of duckbills

They arrived in perfect condition

All five arrived in perfect condition, and only time will tell how well they perform. They usually last a long time, but one of the duckbills that came with my initial injection valve failed, and water from my pool backfilled and overflowed my acid reservoir, causing a major mess. These are exorbitantly priced, but they are less expensive than purchasing a new injection assembly with a new duckbill (which is usually all that is required).

What am I supposed to say? They were precisely as described in the advertisement. This is an excellent choice if you require a duckbill valve. It's cheaper than paying Culligan $80 for a delivery service call, and the system always requires the missing parts after business hours on Friday - Amazon happens to be open at that exact moment. LOL.
