The air cylinders come with 4pcs 4mm (2pcs) and 6mm (2pcs) quick change hose fittings, as well as a rod end fork to mount the cylinders. They are simple to install and require no additional accessories.

Is it necessary to lubricate it?

It shouldn't be the case. There's an image that says there's no need for lubrication. I've had no problems with binding and haven't come across any o- Until now, there has been a ring residue on the aluminum.

Are both sides connected internally, or do all ports need to be connected?

Internally connected. They collaborate on various projects.

Is each cylinder 32mm in diameter, or does the total cylinder size equal 32mm? Trying to figure out how much force it would produce at 100 psi. ?

It measures 32mm in total. Each cylinder measures 16 millimeters in diameter.
