Questions & Answers
Our pump has a 3200 PSI relief valve. I believe the industry standard for cylinder pressure is 3000 PSI. You should be able to use our pump without any problems.
Yes, until the directional button on the remote is pressed, it will remain in place.
No, it is not the case.
There's more to it than just adding a pump because the lines on your trailer are only rated for 5000 PSI normally. Consider adding a second cylinder to your current setup.

We've tried the happy ones and found them to be difficult to plumb and work at a much slower pace than the KTI. Some dump trailers made in the United States contain this KTI unit. It's a great alternative to our dump trailers because of the low cost. We've used the SPX and had good results, but they're a little more expensive; we've seen the Monarch pumps, but they're out of our price range. But why would we even try when the KTI has proven itself time and time again? It has a wide range of uses due to its PSI range and adjustability. It comes ready to use as a dump trailer right out of the box. For a roll-out, we used a test gauge to raise the pressure to maximum. off-road system with hydraulic winch for maximum speed and pulling power Unlike the cheap import version, this one is simple to plum with SAE size fittings and a wiring diagram included. Except for the plumbing and lack of instructions, I've had no problems with the cheaper ones. But don't go through the trouble of figuring things out. This is an absolute must-have for anyone in need of a dump trailer pump and remote. br>Many thanks to Amazon and KTI for making this possible.
Pump is very nice, and the fittings are made in America. I thought to myself, "Thank God, I got this out of the box. " It was obvious that it wasn't garbage! Because it was a $100 investment, I was hesitant. 00 more than the Chinese equivalents, but well worth it. I'm fed up with low-cost goods. I received it in 4 or 5 days, and the instructions on how to connect it were very clear. I would buy this pump again in a heartbeat. To raise my 800 pound Harley Davidson, I built a rack on the back of my motor home with two hydraulic cylinders. I did it without showing any signs of difficulty. Everything is in order.
So, take a look at the seller feedback that I, along with many others, have left. Aside from that, I can't seem to stop myself from applauding this pump. This is what I put on my four-cylinder, 10,000-pound cantilever hydraulic boat lift. My boat weighs between 5,500 and 6,000 pounds. 6,000 pounds, including fuel and all of the gear. It takes about 60 seconds for this pump to get it from submerged to fully upright. That in and of itself is beneficial because it reduces the motor's cycle time. I could have bought one of the generic pumps on this site, but I decided to go with a company that is made and owned in the United States. It was money well spent. Unlike the other pumps, I didn't have any problems with the incorrect fittings (bspp). When I had a problem, KTI quickly resolved it.
It arrived in unbelievable time, a week before it was supposed to, and is a high-quality American-made product that is simple to install.
A customer who borrowed a dump trailer pulled the truck away from the trailer while leaving the electrical plug plugged in. The pump was fried after the electrical in the trailer was ripped out. This is a direct replacement for the original. It really works. On our 9x16 trailer, a scissor lift dumps a full 5 yards of material. I was blown away.
It's great, and I'm using it for my fifthwheel slide out. It works as it should, and it's a lot faster than factor.
Easy to assemble. br>Instructions are clear, and the product is well packaged. br>I've previously purchased pumps that came with no instructions and poor quality parts. Finally, a genuine American product!.
It's incredible!.
