This product only has one port, which is designated as A port and serves as both an outlet and a return port.
Yes, 5 quarts of fluid are required to fully extend the 515 series hoist. My experience with this unit with a 5" hoist was mediocre at best; it took 70 seconds to raise the 5"x26" hoist from collapsed to full lift and 2 minutes to lower it; other options might be better.
I'd appreciate it if you could send me the manual's link. Also, what gauge wire should be used to connect the battery to the ground? For power x 3 feet, use 6 gauge. The ground wire will be 7 feet from the negative battery post; what gauge wire should be used and where on the pump should it be grounded?
- As stated in a previous response 06 O- boss of the ring I can assure you that this is not the case with mine. It's almost the same size, but it's a standard SAE - The female threads on the 06 boss fitting are just a smidge too small to connect. I believe it is an o-shaped British straight pipe thread. washer for a ring seal The device comes with a loose adapter that converts this unusual thread to a standard - If you're going to connect to a -, you'll need a 06 JIC male fitting. 06 JIC, don't worry, you'll be fine.

First and foremost, I think the advertising photos of a ten-wheel dump truck with a telescopic hydraulic ram are absolutely ridiculous. Those trucks have hydraulic pumps powered by an engine that can move 20 times the amount of oil this toy can. br>While none of the specs specify what type of thread should be expected on the port, one of the questions and answers indicated that it was a - 06 Boss o o o o o o o o My worn-out Monarch pump has a ring port, so I ordered one to replace it. It turns out that the port is very close to that size, but just misses by a fraction of a millimeter, so a standard SAE fitting will not connect; however, an adapter fitting is included to adapt to - If you have a -, you are a 06 JIC male. You can connect with a 06 JIC female oil hose, and the mounting holes in the bottom must be a metric size that is very close to 3/8 SAE threads, because my old mounting bolts only screw in about 6 turns before the threads bind and stop. Because the pump does not include metric mounting bolts, you will need to purchase them separately. The hydraulic oil should have a metric viscosity, according to the instructions. Standard AW32 hydraulic oil should be sufficient for these, as far as I can tell. Due to the aforementioned port incompatibility and the lack of mounting bolts, I was unable to install the pump. I'm hoping this will work for the dump trailer once I get that figured out. br>NOTE: THIS PAGE HAS BEEN UPDATED. Yes, it appears to develop the full rated pressure and flow for the dump trailer. The trailer has returned to its former glory. Because I couldn't find a BSPP to ORB adapter, I had to make do with a jumble of three different adapters to get the hose connected. I would give it a star if the port was of American standard size, but since this is a cheap Chineseium, we must make do with what we have.
To make it work, I'm going to fart around. I bought this knowing it wouldn't be as good as a monarch or spx powerpack, but at a third of the price, I figured it was worth a shot; however, for the money, I was disappointed. It easily raised our dump bed but would not lower it; we had to fiddle with it for a while before figuring out that it had a lower quill screw that was completely backed in, preventing it from lowering. I tapped the pump's supplied fitting for 1/4npt because it's oddball. I'm going to put a wireless remote on it anyway because the control is a little chincy. Overall, I'll give it two stars because it works, but it took a long time to figure out. It took a lot of farting to get to this point.
When the pump arrived, it was broken. There are no instructions in the package. The company does not have a website or a phone number. Details: The positive terminal of the relay was wired to 12 volts, and the negative terminal of the pump was ground wired to the truck chassis. The up switch has been activated. NOTHING. During the system's troubleshooting, a faulty relay was discovered. I placed an order for a relay and had it shipped to me. Pump motor was energized for 2 seconds before being cut off after being activated by the up switch. System that is in need of repair The pump motor has been LOCKED/SIEZED. Garbage! This unit should not be purchased!.
An Izumi npr full of leaves is too heavy to lift a 14' steel bed. What a letdown! Never once did I lift the bed.
Light duty is not suitable for many of the applications listed; in heavy load situations, it tends to push the pump into reverse, allowing the hydraulic ram to drop. If you're under 1000 pounds, you should be fine, but don't crawl under anything you've lifted with this pump.
The pump lifts my plow well, but it only lets it down three times before it stays up. I can't get it to go down with the down button, and I've tried adjusting the flow screw with no luck.
Will not pick up a half load of dirt, and struggles to pick up the trailer when it is empty.
It came with detailed instructions and functioned flawlessly right out of the box. Customer service is excellent, as is the speed of delivery.
