There is no rebuild kit available. I looked for a while. You can buy the solenoids for the top separately, but you'll be able to find a complete unit for a lower price if you shop around.
Everything was there as it should have been if I had bought it directly from Bennett, and there were no mounting issues.
No way. It's a fraction of that size. When I get back to my boat, I'll measure it and report back to you. Please provide me with your email address so that I can send you the dimensions.

Trim tabs did not respond after I installed it, which was fairly simple. To cut a long story short, the suction tube connecting the reservoir and the motor was bent, resulting in a small crack that was sucking air every time I tried to use my trim tabs. Bennett Marina assisted me in troubleshooting and obtaining a replacement pump. They've always provided excellent service. Bottom line, I've had Bennett trim tabs on several boats over the years, and their service and performance are outstanding. I highly recommend them. I'm disappointed that the seller washed their hands of the situation and will avoid doing business with them in the future.
This was a replacement order for a defective pump from the previous order. The original pump was sold as new and came packaged in a Bennett box, but there were a few red flags right away. The quick connect coupling's rubber protective covering, as well as the two covers for the brass threaded nipples that connect the port and starboard hydraulic lines, were missing. Amazon and Bennett kept their word and sent out a new pump to replace the defective one. According to Bennett customer service, there have been several reports of defective pumps being delivered via Amazon or online ordering. Amazon "corrected" the order and replaced it without issue once more.
It's extremely simple to set up. I connected the two hydraulic lines, filled the reservoir with transmission fluid, and plugged it into the old harness. After that, all you have to do is connect the ground wire and you're good to go.
I'm a little disappointed because there was a screw tapped inside the clear cover that smashed the green wire when I revived the pump. I'm hoping they'll send me a new pump because the last thing I want is a high-dollar item already compromised in my boat.
This was done entirely by me. It is very simple to set up. My old harness and rocker switch worked perfectly. It was only a matter of cleaning up the corroded connections.
It was an excellent solution. It is simple to put together. I was able to get my boat back into the water.
Bennett refused to replace the one I had to replace, so it only gets one star. It had been out of commission for about a year. They do not provide a warranty, so I had to purchase a new one.
For the cost of one solenoid from the dealership, I was able to replace the entire system.
