My old motor for the attic fan died, so I bought this one. It is simple to install when the rotation is the correct one (clockwise). There was a plan to double the price at the local electric store. replaced both fan motors myself, and they both work well. This is the second one that I've replaced in the attic, & it hasn't failed yet. Two years ago, I had my first surgery. Summer in the state of North Carolina is no problem with this product.
A difficult task to accomplish.
I was very happy with the speed of A couple of mounting studs were broken on this motor, even though it had been packaged well. It wasn't necessary for me to return it since I only needed two. My old Fasco kitchen exhaust fan motor was replaced by this motor and it works flawlessly.
