Stopcocks are packaged in this box of 50.

Do they come in polycarbonate bodies and in individually wrapped packages?

Wrapped individually, they cost approximately $2.50 each. In the manufacturer's brochure, they are described as being "latex-free, Non DEHP, Non PVC, and lipid-resistant". Polycarbonate is probably the material, since the only other FDA-cleared plastic material is polystyrene and that will not stand up to lipids.
