Selected User Reviews For Maxline M8005 Straight Fitting for 3/4-Inch Tubing with 1/2-Inch Male NPT Thread
I hear rings snapping! Although I had initially been impressed with all the reviews and youtube videos of this system, I realized that the system had several Two reasons are that the tubing is difficult to straighten out due to its plastic and aluminum composition, and second, it's easy to strip the threads on the fittings, which then renders them Additionally, the way the pipes/tubes connect to the fittings is so tight that even after lubricating with soap for a little while, the rubber O rings can sometimes rip or snap, necessitating a new one. We are not impressed, and we do not recommend it.
It's great that Maxline is made from high-quality materials, but these fittings seem a bit fragile. My installation didn't go as planned when I snapped the first one, so I had to wait for a replacement to be delivered. This did not break because I was not pushing too hard. Despite that, it has been functioning flawlessly since then.
Is the fuse box here? My fitting came with fuses, so why did it come with it? The problem seemed to be related to packaging in some way. Apart from that, the item was as described and was of great As is the case with all maxline fittings, they are a bit on the expensive side. Your main line should bend where you can, and you should use these bends when you have limited As I require a great deal of air flow to operate my plasma cutter, I chose the 3/4" maxair kit. There is one. The larger line has a width of about 1/2", which likely results in restriction and defeats the purpose of purchasing a larger one.
These are too expensive so I am giving them 2 stars. Despite the fact that they are effective, they are extremely expensive. In terms of the quality of the work, 4 stars have been given, however 2 stars have been given due to the high price.
Although I like the Maxline system, almost all the threaded fittings leak even when teflon or paste is applied. The threads are out of spec and the plating comes off as the part is threaded in, causing There are no other options for this system, so just be prepared to spend a great deal of time trying to reduce.
Great job, works like a charm.
This product works perfectly with rapid air. There are no leaks and the mounting is solid. Make sure you use Teflon tape on the threads and ream the pipe according to the directions.
It did what it said it would!.
