A lock nut is not present. For the most part, I don't believe it would help.

How do those numbers relate to each other? Suppose the thread size of a 3/8" tube od x 1/2" nptf male is 3/8" -- that would be the size of the water tube -- and 1/2" would be the length of the ?

A 3/4" side QCF fits an outer diameter tube, and a 1/2" Nonport Thread Female is not long enough for a thread fitting. *br> A 1/2 " NPTFA is the size of the hole you must drill to mount the fitting.

A total of 2 dozen push-ups were required My maple syrup operation plans to install a Reverse Osmosis system, so I ordered some "connect" fittings. My prior experiences with John Guest fittings made me confident that they would satisfy my requirements. While they grip tight, they can still be removed with ease (by hand).

Has a tight fit and does not The NSF 61 connections I used to connect a water filter are NSF rated

In the filter, the 1/4 inch NPT fitting fit perfectly and the OD PE tubing was able to be slid into place without leaking.

A fitting was the only item I received from the pack of 10. I had ordered the pack of 10 for 23 dollars. The fact that this is happening to me is extremely frustrating, as I never leave negative reviews. If there was a way to give zero stars, I would do so.

The only thing you need to do is apply PTFE tape to ensure it doesn't leak.

It is quite possibly the right choice for coupling 3d printers. There was just a small hole that needed to be drilled through the bottom and the 4mm tube could be pushed.
