You should follow your instructions on both sides, I would not recommend it on a burner, it should go into a hard pipe

The price is excellent

I found this flex line at this store for a much more reasonable price than at the local store. This adapter comes with three of the most common sizes however, I needed a different size which I did not realize until the day of installation. Thus, the item had to be purchased This is a great buy for most needs that the adapters can handle. The size is nice, as well. The stove is often too short to be able to be pulled from the wall all the way out.
